Tralee under 10s travelled
to Cork on Saturday to take on Dolphin RFC.
Tralee went in to a
deserved lead with an early try by Seamus Harty with great support by Adam
Peevers and Tynan Supple. Dolphin came back in to the game with strong running
but were held out by great Tralee defence in particular Luke O'Carroll, Max
Downing, Padraig Crean and Jason Roche.

Sean Quilter was at the
finish of a great scoring move that saw great play from Darragh Courtney, Louis
Byrne, Daire Kennelly and Robbie Scott.
Dolphin who had a squad of
just eight players got back in to the game as Tralee gave a run out to all
seventeen players in the squad. Ian McCarthy, Hamish the Ballyheigue Flyer,
Martin O Shea and Darragh O'Keeffe all impressed in the loose and three try
saving tackles by Cody Murphy saved the day for Tralee
Two late trys by Dolphin
evened up the contest even though Seamus Harty was denied at the death as the
referee adjudged that the ball was held up over the line.
A great run out for a team
that is improving every week.
