The Tralee U-13's travelled to Kenmare to play their
2nd match in the West Munster league on
Sunday. On a calm dry day it was the Tralee
side who attacked from the start with some good passing and
running by Colm Carmody and Ross Gleasure who opened gaps in the Kenmare
defence.
Tralee Under 13s competed
last weekend in the Munster International Youth Festival of Rugby where they
faced stiff competition from teams representing Ulster,
Leinster and England.After a full league format on Friday, Tralee contested the Plate Final against Portlaoise on
Saturday morning.
The Under 13 squad who defeated Killarney RFC by 29pts to nil
on Wednesday night, 24th March, 2010, in the West Munster U13 Cup to complete the cup and league double
Tralee U13s had a busy weekend with half the squad on
tour in Wales while those remaining at home travelled
to West Kerry to play Corcha Dhuibhne in the West Munster U13 cup in
gloriously sunny conditions.
